どーももかです！ 今日は基本のクッキー✨ 毎年バレンタインになるとクッキー缶を作るのですが その時に絶対入れている型抜きクッキー💕💕💕 ・ ・ 細かい型でも抜きやすい配合で どんなクッキー型もキレイに抜けます！ ・ ・ 粉の味がダイレクトにしてめっちゃ美味しいクッキー🍪思わず噛み締めたくなります♪ ４つの材料で簡単に作れるので是非使ってみてください🫶🫶 ・ ・ たくさんできるからバレンタインの大量生産にも✨✨ ・ ・ 粉はいろんな粉で試作しましたが リスドォルが一番美味しかったです👍 ・ ・ リスドォルってフランスパン専用粉っていう イメージですが、実はクッキーに使うと美味しいんです😎😎😎😎😎 ・ なので是非リスドォルで作ってみてください！ →カルディで売っていました🙈 ・ ・ サクホロっていうよりかは、 ザクザクずっしり食べ応えのある感じのクッキーです💓💓 ・ ・ ---------------------------------------------- 型抜きクッキー 〜30〜40枚分〜 ○無塩バター　100g →発酵バターがおすすめ ○グラニュー糖　70g ○卵黄　20g ○準強力粉（リスドォル使用）150g →ない場合は薄力粉75g 強力粉75gで代用可 ○ココア味 準強力粉 130g ココアパウダー　20g ○抹茶味 準強力粉 140g 抹茶パウダー　10g ○紅茶味 アールグレイ茶葉 （粒子が荒いものはミルで細かく砕く）8g 〜下準備〜 バターを室温に戻し柔らかくしておく。 〜作り方〜 ①ボウルにバターを入れて柔らかくする。 グラニュー糖を入れて混ぜる。 卵黄を入れて混ぜる。 ②ふるった粉を入れて切り混ぜ。 ③ポリ袋に入れて最低でも1時間冷蔵庫で寝かせる。 （時間があれば一晩） ④生地を5mmの厚さに伸ばす。 ⑤160度に予熱したオーブンで15分から 様子を見て焼く。 （私は15分焼いて天板の上下を変えて2分焼きました） Die-cut cookies 〜30〜40 sheets〜 ○Unsalted butter 100g ○Granulated sugar 70g ○ Egg yolk 20g ○ Semi-strong flour (using risdol) 150g If you don't →, you can substitute 75g of plain flour and 75g of strong flour. 〜Preparation〜 Let the butter return to room temperature and soften. 〜How to make〜 (1) Put butter in a bowl to soften.
