On this video, I seasoned 2 tri tip steaks with my favorite seasoning from Cattleman's Grill and cooked them on my Chud Box direct heat cooker. It doesn't matter what I cook on my Chud Box, it all comes out tasting really good and these tri tip steaks were no exception. This method of cooking tri tip steaks is in my opinion the only way tri tip needs to be cooked. The flavor you get cooking over direct coals is unlike any cooker.
