One such time came after the failure of the Dreamcast, forever remembered as SEGA’s last console. What makes the Dreamcast’s unfortunate fate so intriguing is that the console was widely praised at the time, and is remembered incredibly fondly today. How can a system that is almost unanimously beloved, also be the device that killed a once thriving console brand? This is how NOT to save a console.
