I bought mine (5 pieces) from seller "yaolihong2013" (no affiliation) because the same shop also sells Ytterbium. The AlQ3 and TPD were both bought from TCI-chemicals (no affiliation). The 3D-printer used for the photoresist exposures was a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K. Avoid the new update (1.9) of the Chitubox-software supplied with this printer because it does not work properly.
