Reinforcing frame for slurry tanker booms

In this video i reinforce the frame from the back of a slurry tanker that supports the booms when folder up. The frame just hadn't been made from thick enough box section and had cracked where the support gussets where welded on. For some reason, extra box sections had been welded on but didn't really add any extra strength. I welded up the cracks then cnc plasma cut out some full length plates to weld down both sides of each box section. Slots were also cut out of the plates so they could be welded to the original box.
