Korean Fried Chicken - who doesn't love it? Here's another fantastic recipe for all you fried chicken lovers out there! Ingredients 100g chicken Wings/Drums 3 tbsp rice Wine 1 tsp ginger grated 2 tsp garlic grated 1 Tbsp soy sauce 160g potato or corn starch salt and pepper to taste Neutral oil for frying Soy Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp soy sauce 4-5 garlic cloves minced 1 thumb-size piece of ginger 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp red pepper or chilli flakes 1 Tbsp tabasco sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 1-2 red/green peppers sliced toasted sesame seeds and spring onion for garnish Be sure to like, comment and subscribe to our channel and hit the notification bell so you can be alerted when we upload a new video or recipe.
