(USA ONLY) https://square.link/u/9FTs4nKo Don't forget to follow me on Instagram for foodie tips and more recipes. https://www.instagram.com/darren_mcgrady/?hl=en Strawberry Chocolate Lemon Bars Makes 16 1 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 2 1/4 cups flour 1/4 lemon juice zest of one lemon 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 cup powdered sugar juice from 1 lemon 1 tsp vanilla paste Grease a 9x13x1 baking tray Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, lemon zest, milk and lemon juice followed by the strawberries and chocolate chips. Spread evenly into the baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Leave to cool and make the glaze. mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice and spread over the bars. Allow the glaze to set before cutting. www.theroyalchef.com
