Mix the ground pork with the cooked onions, diced bacon and Chef Darren Balmoral seasoning. Transfer the sausage mix to a piping bag and cut a hole in the tip to your desired thickness. Pipe the sausage onto the puff paste. Beat the eggs and brush the paste with a pastry brush to seal. the paste. Score the tops of the the sausage rolls with the back of a fork and brush with the beaten egg. Cut the rolls to your desired size and bake 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. www.theroyalchef.com
