I will only ever post UK crime. I like the way the investigations are shown on UK shows as opposed to US and others. It could just be because it's more familiar but I feel UK shows offer a more in depth look at the forensic side of it, and the US likes the psychological side -- not the mention the exaggerations!

Ellie Gould was a tragic victim of violence, whose story gained widespread attention due to the heinous nature of her murder. Born on 6 February 2002, she was a 17-year-old English sixth form student from Calne, Wiltshire. On 3 May 2019, Ellie Gould was fatally stabbed by her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Griffiths, in a horrifying act of violence that shook her community. Griffiths, who was also 17 at the time, was subsequently sentenced to 12-and-a-half years in prison for the murder.
