Recipe: - 100g tapioca starch - 100g rice flour - 5g salt - 110g boiling water - Room temperature water (as neeeded ~1-2 tbsps) 1. In a mixing bowl add tapioca starch, rice flour, salt 2. In a pot add 100g of water and bring to a boil 3. Pour boiling water over the dry mixture trying your best to evenly distribute the water 4. Allow the mixture to cool down, it should be warm to touch as you start needing 5. Knead the ingredients together, if all the ingredients don’t come together after a couple minutes of kneading add 1 tbsp of water at time 6.
