Kevin finds Mark McCullough with Todd Jones working on the front steps, which is getting coats of epoxy applied. Inside, Heath Eastman has a punch list of electrical projects. He shows Kevin a new surge protector that’s new to the code. Plumber Ronnette Taylor gets Kevin to help her install a toilet in the first floor bathroom. Kevin meets a floor refinisher who is bringing back the original 100 year old hardwood floors with sanding and coating. Outside the old chainlink fencing is getting upgraded.
