Pull the bunch of oyster mushrooms apart into smaller pieces. *You can use king oyster mushrooms or shiitake. 7. Cut the tofu into pieces 1cm-thick and 2cm-long on all sides. 8. In a pot, add the beef brisket and cook over high heat until the beef turns golden brown and the oil seeps out. *If you are using a thin pot, cook over medium heat. 9. Add the filtered water, red chili pepper powder, onion, potato, and radish, and bring to a boil over high heat. 10. Once the soup comes to a boil, add the oyster mushrooms and zucchini, and boil for another 5 minutes. 11. Scoop half of the soup into a ttukbaegi (stone pot) and bring to a boil over high heat.
