江戸時代初期、海を渡って日本に中国料理が伝わったとされています。 そして長い年月を経て、その中国料理は日本人の嗜好に合ったカタチで開発されていきます。 焼き飯、ラーメン、天津飯、皿うどん...。 これらは中国料理文化のエッセンスを抜き取り、日本式にアレンジされた料理で、現代では"中華料理"として日本の食文化の一部となり、多くの人に愛されています。 「日本の中華料理を世界へ」。私たちは、この日本で育まれた中華料理文化を全世界へ届けるために、作り手の舞台裏に密着し、技、歴史、作り手の思いに焦点を当て、動画を制作しています。 ©中華ものがたり総本店 In the early Edo period, Chinese cuisine is said to have been introduced to Japan.
