⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蟲草花蓮藕栗子湯 材料： 蟲草花一兩 鮮淮山半斤 蓮藕一斤 栗子20粒 粟米一支 薑2片 豬腱12兩 蜜棗4粒 處理： 1. 大火在鑊內煲滾清水一升。 2. 豬腱，放鑊內，出水3分鐘。 3. 蓮藕，清水浸3分鐘。 4. 粟子及蜜棗，清水浸。 5. 蟲草花，放碗內。 6. 粟米，去皮，切一舊舊。 7. 淮山，去皮，切一舊舊。 8. 蓮藕，清水洗乾淨，切兩端，去皮，切一舊舊，小心洗刷乾淨。 9. 豬腱已出水，洗乾淨，切一舊舊。 10. 栗子及蜜棗，清水洗乾淨。 烹調： 1. 大火在煲內煲滾清水5升。 2. 除蟲草花外，放材料入煲內。 3. 湯，大火滾起，轉中慢火，煲75分鐘。 4. 湯已煲了75分鐘，洗乾淨蟲草花，放煲內，冚蓋，大火滾起，轉中慢火，煲15分鐘。 5. 完成，可享用。 Cordyceps flowers soup with lotus root and chestnuts Ingredients: Cordyceps flowers 1 tael Figs 0.5 catty Lotus root 1 catty Chestnuts 20 Nos.
