Flatten chicken breast using a meat mallet until about 1/4 inch thick. 2. Season both sides with salt and pepper. 3. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each flattened chicken breast. 4. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks or wrap in cling film to set shape. 5. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. 6. Chill for 15–30 minutes to set the coating. 7. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Drain excess oil. 👨‍🍳 White Sauce – Instructions Only 1. In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour to form a roux. Stir for 1–2 minutes. 2. Slowly pour in evaporated milk while whisking continuously. 3. Add grated cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir until thick and creamy. 4.
