After a few thunderstorms, we were starting to worry they might snap, and if there’s one thing in the garden we’re sure will do well this year it’s those tomatoes! Philippe later takes care of the strimming, as the grass has shot up and started seeding now that summer is in full swing. We also clear out the patch next to the house, where a few invasive plants and dying bushes were taking over, to make room for something we’ve been looking forward to for a long time: the delivery of the materials for our old barn roof renovation. With the materials now on-site, only a couple of things stand in the way before we can finally get started: getting the dumper running properly and finishing the driveway.
