You'll be amazed by the taste 😋 Better than meat طبخ العدس بهذه الطريقة رووعة! سوف يذهلك الطعم 😋 أفضل من اللحم! مكونات: كوب واحد (200 جرام) من العدس الأحمر المنقوع لمدة 30 دقيقة زيت نباتي ملعقة كبيرة بذور كمون بصلة واحدة (150 جرامًا) مفرومة ملعقة صغيرة من كل من الثوم والزنجبيل المفرومين ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكزبرة ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل الحار أو البابريكا نصف ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكركم ثلاث حبات من الطماطم، مهروسة ورقتين من ورق الغار ملح للتذوق أربعة أكواب ماء حبتان من البصل (300 جرام)، مقطعة إلى شرائح رفيعة ملعقتين كبيرتين زبدة (30 جرام) فصان من الثوم (10 جرام) مفرومان رقائق الفلفل الحار المجففة كزبرة طازجة، مفرومة التعليمات: سخني الزيت النباتي في مقلاة أو قدر، ثم أضيفي بذور الكمون، واقليها لمدة دقيقة واحدة. يقلى البصل المفروم حتى يصبح شفافاً. يُضاف الثوم والزنجبيل ومسحوق الكزبرة ومسحوق الفلفل الحار/البابريكا والكركم. أضف الماء إذا لزم الأمر. أضيفي الطماطم المهروسة، واطهيه لمدة 5 دقائق. يُضاف العدس المنقوع وأوراق الغار والملح والماء. طبخ لمدة 30 دقيقة. في مقلاة منفصلة، اقلي شرائح البصل حتى يصبح لونها بنياً ذهبياً، ثم اتركيها جانباً. في قدر، تذوب الزبدة، ويضاف إليها الثوم المفروم، ورقائق الفلفل الحار المجففة. خففي النار وأضيفي مسحوق الفلفل الحار أو البابريكا. أضف التادكا (خليط الزبدة والثوم) إلى العدس بالكاري. أضيفي الكزبرة الطازجة المفرومة والبصل المقلي. تقدم ساخنة مع الخبز أو الأرز. Saute chopped onion until translucent. Stir in garlic, ginger, coriander powder, chili powder/paprika, and turmeric. Add water if needed. Add pureed tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes. Add soaked lentils, bay leaves, salt, and water. Cook for 30 minutes. In a separate pan, fry sliced onions until golden brown, set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and dried chili flakes. Lower heat, add chili powder or paprika. Add the tadka (butter-garlic mixture) to the lentil curry.
