Ingredients for Stir-Fry: A little bit of vegetable oil (for the wok) (200 grams) of chopped onion (15 grams) of garlic (1 tbsp) (15 grams) of ginger (1 tbsp) Hot peppers (optional) (140 grams) of carrots (140 grams) of bell peppers (200 grams) of cabbage One tsp each of dried parsley, coriander, paprika, and vegetable bouillon Half a tsp each of black pepper and salt Three tbsps of Sriracha sauce or any hot sauce available Boiled rice from the previous step Half a cup of green onions One fourth of a cup of coriander Instructions for basmati rice Stir-Fry: In a wok, add a little vegetable oil and heat it. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, and hot peppers if you like it spicy. Add carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage. Stir-fry until they begin to soften. Sprinkle with dried parsley, coriander, paprika, vegetable bouillon, black pepper, and salt. Add the Sriracha sauce (or your preferred hot sauce). Gently fold in the boiled rice and stir to combine.
