Day one is shoulder-to-shoulder with shoppers, but it’s worth the wait. Upstairs we grab painted Russian pins, silhouettes, and porcelain. Downstairs, we uncover Native American baskets, lodge décor, and a Saltillo blanket for a fraction of its online price. Outdoors is filled with wicker and iron and garden art. Even the kitchen is a collector’s dream—antique tins, scales, and surprising Blenko glass! The adventure continues in the garden and dining room: McCoy pottery, Fenton fairy lamps, mahogany furniture, Spode dinnerware, and even a Swedish tole-painted door sell right before our eyes. There's so much, we can't see it all at once, so we go back on half-off day, which delivers even more incredible bargains! We film our haul of finds right away, because this sale is that good. Cast iron doorstops, bright boudoir glass, Russian enamel pins, even a vinyl record…treasures everywhere.
