Travelling Through Italy: Ischia, Capri & Amalfi Vlog

This trip was nothing short of incredible. Start the vlog off in Ischia where we stayed at https://www.sanmontano.com/en/san-montano-resort-spa-official/ which I could not recommend more. They had a pizza bar there called Frank’s Pizza Bar and that’s where I had THE BEST pizza of my entire trip. I ended up ordering it almost every day we were there for lunch. The thermal spa with panoramic tubs and pools, and solarium and terraces set up means spending each day of your getaway to Ischia in an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing, being reinvigorated with the benefits of the island’s thermal waters. There are five panoramic pools in the H2O complex: the realm of water. The five panoramic pools overlook the harbour in Lacco Ameno, with the island of Procida and the Bay of Naples in the background. The perfect place to relax. However, since our resort had stunning thermal pools, next time, I would probably save the money and skip this activity because we had a better experience in thermal pools at our hotel. However, I’m still very grateful for this experience. It was definitely something to see. Overall, the island of Ischia was extremely relaxing, holistic, and therapeutic. I absolutely loved the authenticity and localness feeling of Ischia Island. After Ischia, we hopped on the boat to Capri for two nights. I think this was my favourite part of the trip. I loved the walkability. We had the most amazing food, some of the best meals we’ve had on the trip. We stayed at an absolutely stunning resort that I highly recommend to everyone if you're staying on the island of Capri https://www.scalinatella.com/en from the view to the food, the pool, the service, the staff, everything was absolutely incredible. We did two amazing dinners at some very local and authentic spots. We made lots of friends, some from Japan, a mother and daughter from Dubai and New Zealand. I absolutely love travelling the world and meeting people, hearing where they come from and their story. We had dinner one night at https://www.geraniocapri.com/?lang=en — I met the owner of the restaurant who was incredibly kind. You can tell that his heart and soul is poured into his restaurant and the quality of the food was out of this world. The flavours were there. The view was there. The service was there. I highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the island of Capri. The next night we had dinner at https://www.losfiziocapri.com/en/index which you could tell was a very local and authentic spot. We went through a very residential area to get to this restaurant, and it was absolutely packed with locals getting takeout. The line was out the door for pizza all night. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff was so amazing. After this, we hopped on another boat to Amalfi for five nights and stayed at the most stunning hotel I’ve ever seen in my entire life — https://www.hotelsantacaterina.it/en/home/ Although the hotel is extremely beautiful, I will say I found it a bit overpriced. My little brother got extremely sick and ended up with an ear infection and on antibiotics for this portion of the trip, so I didn’t get around to filming as much as I had hoped. I tried to adventure into town as much as possible. We found an amazing dinner spot which I did not vlog sadly but if you're visiting Amalfi you have to go http://www.ristorantelidoazzurro.it/en/ it’s right on the water, all the seafood is caught fresh that day. The chef on our second night dining there came to the table, shook our hands and served us vongole right tableside, piping hot off the pan. Overall, I have to say, incredible service and even more incredible food. I am so beyond grateful to have these travel experiences and hopefully share the special memories that will last a lifetime with you guys. Maybe you can take away some recommendations from the trip. I feel so blessed to have this time with my family and I will cherish these memories for the rest of my life. We did a lot of eating, so this vlog ended up being a lot of food.
