Hi everyone! Welcome back to another vlog. This week, I’m sharing some of my favourite things—cooking, trying new places in Vancouver, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I absolutely love making meals from scratch whenever I can, and this week, I whipped up an Italian feast for the family. Of course, no Italian night is complete without my homemade focaccia bread. I paired it with Rao's Homemade Sauce, which is hands-down one of my favourites—such a time saver without compromising on flavour! It was one of those dinners where everyone left the table full and happy, which makes all the effort so worth it. Trying new restaurants has become a bit of a hobby for me—I mean, I’ve got a list of 300+ places I want to visit in Vancouver (yes, I’m that person). This week, I finally got to check Selene (https://seleneagn.com) off my list, and let me tell you—it was INCREDIBLE. From the food to the ambiance to the service, everything was perfect. I loved it so much that I booked a reservation for an upcoming family birthday celebration. I started the week intending to film a “day in my life” during my hospital shifts, but life had other plans. Between long hours, coming home absolutely exhausted, and doing it all over again the next day, I just couldn’t keep up with filming. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were all about work—eat, shower, sleep, repeat. Maybe one day I’ll capture the day to day of those busy days, but for now, I’m focusing on the moments that bring me joy on my days off. This week was all about balance—cherishing time with family, indulging in my love for food, and recharging after a hectic work schedule. I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into my life.
