#백종원 #간식 #콩전 고소한 빈대떡! 만들고 싶은데 어렵다구요? 그렇다면 콩전 한번 만들어 보세요! 단백질 듬뿍 고소한 맛에 콩 싫어하는 아이들도 좋아할 간식입니다! =============================== [ 콩전 ] 약20개 분량 [ 재료 ] * 콩 불리기 콩(백태) 1컵(140g) 물 1컵(180ml) * 콩 삶기 불린콩 전량 물 약3컵(500ml) * 콩물 삶은콩 전량 물 약3컵(500ml) * 반죽 재료 콩물 전량 간 돼지고기 1컵(150g) 부침가루 1컵(110g) 대파 1대(100g) 청양고추 4개(40g) 간 마늘 1큰술(20g) 식용유 2큰술(14g) 꽃소금 약1/2큰술(5g) [ 만드는 법 ] *콩물 1. 콩은 흐르는 물에 세척한 후 체에 밭쳐 물기를 제거한다. 2. 전자레인지 용기에 콩, 물(180ml)을 넣고 전자레인지에 약 5분 정도 돌려 불린다. 3. 불린 콩은 체에 밭쳐 물기를 제거한 후 냄비에 불린 콩, 물(500ml)을 넣는다. 4. 강 불에서 끓어오르면 약 3분 정도 삶는다. 5. 삶은 콩을 체에 밭쳐 건져낸 후 믹서기에 삶은 콩, 물(500ml)을 넣고 약 1분 정도 곱게 갈아 반죽용 콩물을 완성한다. *콩전 1. 대파, 청양고추는 두께 0.3cm로 송송썬다. 2. 큰 볼에 콩물, 청양고추, 대파, 간 돼지고기, 간 마늘, 부침가루, 꽃소금을 넣고 골고루 섞어 반죽을 만든다. 3. 프라이 팬을 강 불에 올리고 식용유를 둘러 예열한다. 4. 콩전 반죽을 한 숟가락 정도 양으로 올리고 중 불로 줄여 앞 뒷면의 색이 노릇하도록 부친다. 5. 전이 노릇하게 익으면 그릇에 담아 완성한다. *기호에 맞게 초간장에 찍어 먹는다. Wash the beans in running water and remove the moisture using a drainer. 2. In a microwaveable bowl, add the beans and water (180ml) and microwave for about 5 minutes. 3. Using a drainer, remove the moisture from the soaked beans. Then, add the soaked beans and water (500ml) to a pot to boil. 4. When the water comes to a boil, continue boiling for another 3 minutes over high heat. 5. Using a drainer, take the boiled beans out of the pot. Then, add the boiled beans and water (500ml) to a blender and blend thoroughly for about 1 minute to make the bean water for the batter. *Kongjeon 1. Chop up the green onion and Cheongyang peppers into 0.3cm pieces. 2. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the bean water, Cheongyang peppers, green onion, minced pork, minced garlic, Korean pancake mix, and fine salt to make the batter. 3. Drizzle cooking oil in a frying pan and preheat over high heat. 4. Scoop up a spoonful of kongjeon batter and fry over medium heat until the front and back turn golden. 5.
