#삶은달걀 #달걀삶기 달걀 실험실! 시간대별로 달걀을 삶아보았습니다. 팀원 여러분들이 좋아하는 달걀은 몇 분 정도인가요? ======================== 달걀 삶기 [재료] 달걀 5개 식초 1큰술(10g) 꽃소금 1큰술(10g) [달걀 삶는 법] 1. 냄비에 달걀과 달걀이 잠길 정도의 찬물을 넣어준다. 2. 식초와 꽃소금을 넣고 강불로 끓인다. 3. 물이 끓으면 중불로 줄인다. 4. 원하는 익힘 정도에 맞춰 삶은 후 찬물에 식힌다. 5. 흐르는 물에 껍질을 제거하여 완성한다.
