#백종원 #길거리토스트 #토스트 외국에 핫도그와 햄버거가 있다면 우리는 길거리 토스트가 있죠. 길거리에서 사먹던 토스트를 집에서 만들어보세요! ================================================= 길거리 토스트 *기본 토스트 [재료] 식빵 1장 황설탕 1큰술(10g) 마가린 적당량 [만드는 법] 1. 중불에 프라이팬을 올린 후 달궈지면 마가린을 두른다. 2. 식빵을 앞 뒷면으로 노릇하게 구워준다. 3. 황설탕을 뿌려 반으로 접어 완성한다. ---------------------------------------------------------- *치즈 버전 토스트 [재료] 식빵 2장 달걀 2개 대파 1/2컵(40g) 슬라이스치즈 1장 꽃소금 적당량 황설탕 2큰술 (20g) 마가린 적당량 [만드는 법] 1. 대파는 가늘게 송송 썰어 준비한다. 2. 컵에 달걀 2개를 잘 풀어준 후 대파, 소금을 넣어 섞어준다. 3. 프라이팬에 마가린을 적당량 두르고 달걀물을 부은 후 위에 식빵 2장을 올려 익힌다. 4. 달걀이 익으면 프라이팬에 마가린을 두른 후 뒤집어 황설탕을 뿌려준다. 5. 슬라이스 치즈를 올려 반으로 접고 빵을 노릇하게 구워 완성한다. --------------------------------------------------------------------- *햄 치즈 버전 토스트 [재료] 식빵 2장 달걀 2개 양배추 1/3컵(30g) 대파 1/3컵(30g) 당근 1/2큰술(5g) 슬라이스햄 2장 슬라이스치즈 2장 황설탕 2큰술 (20g) 꽃소금 적당량 마가린 적당량 [만드는 법] 1. 양배추는 가늘게 채 썰고 대파는 송송 썰어 준비한다. 2. 당근은 잘게 썰어 준비한다. 3. 컵에 달걀 2개를 잘 풀어준 후 양배추, 당근, 대파, 소금을 넣어 섞는다. 4. 프라이팬에 마가린을 두르고 달걀물을 부은 후 식빵 2장을 올려 익힌다. 5. 달걀이 익으면 뒤집어 프라이팬에 마가린을 둘러 가며 식빵을 구워준다. 6. 프라이팬 한 쪽에서 슬라이스 햄을 노릇하게 구워 달걀 위에 올려준다. 7. 슬라이스 햄 위에 슬라이스 치즈를 올린다. 8. 황설탕을 치즈 위에 골고루 뿌려 준 후 반으로 접어준다. 9. 빵이 노릇해지면 완성 그릇에 옮겨 담아 반으로 자른다. Thinly slice cabbage and finely chop green onions. 2. Chop up carrot and set aside. 3. Whisk 2 eggs in a cup; combine cabbage, carrot, green onions, and sea salt. 4. Grease the pan with margarine and pour in the egg mixture, then put 2 slices of bread over the mixture. 5. If the mixture is fully cooked, bake the bread in the pan while covering margarine. 6. Fully toast sliced ham on one side of the pan, and put it on the top of the egg. 7. Add sliced cheese on the ham. 8. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over the cheese and fold the bread in half. 9.
