Place the garlic bulb in the center, drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, tossing halfway through. 3. About 30 minutes before the onions are done, rinse and pat dry the chicken, cut into strips, and season lightly. 4. Fry chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes per side (less for extra juicy). 5.
