Whether you’re feeding a crowd or just want a flavorful weeknight dinner, this Chicken Fajita Pasta delivers. 🧀 INGREDIENTS: Spice mix: - Chili powder: 2 tsp - Brown sugar : 1 tsp - Ground coriander, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, smoked paprika : 1/2 tsp of EACH SAUCE: - half and half: 1 1/4 cups - Chicken broth : 3/4 cup - chicken bouillon : 1/2 cube - Hot sauce: 1 tsp PASTA / CHICKEN: - avocado or olive oil: 1 tbsp - boneless skinless chicken breast: 1 lb, 450 g - Salt and pepper - sliced bell peppers : 2 cups - 1 small yellow onion, chopped : 1 cup - Chicken broth: 1/2 cup - Pasta : 1/2 lb, 225 g - Butter : 3 tbsp - Garlic: 3 cloves, minced - Flour : 3 leveled tbsp - 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, drained - cheddar cheese, shredded : 3/4 cup - Mozzarella, shredded: 1/2 cup - lime juice : 2 tsp - Freshly Chopped Cilantro, to garnish 👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS & TIMESTAMPS 🕰️ 0:00 Prepping the spice mixture, in a small bowl, mix all the seasonings ingredients. 0:31 Prepping the sauce mixture, mix the sauce ingredients pluse 2 teaspoons of the spice mix and set it aside 1:12 Prepping and searing the chicken: cut the chicken into bite sized cubes, season with salt, pepper and half of the remaining spice mix, mox well to coat.
