The evidence in Alicia Andrews' murder trial over rapper Julio Foolio's fatal shooting in Tampa, Florida, includes video from Ring cameras at the Airbnb she stayed with her boyfriend, Isaiah Chance Jr., and others including Sean Gathright and Davion Murphy in Tampa before Foolio was killed, after traveling there from Jacksonville. "Does it show his phone arriving at this Airbnb on gazebo pond Lane in Tampa, Florida, on June 22 of 2024? "It does." "What time does he arrive?" Andrews wasn't one of the gunmen when Foolio was shot to death in Tampa on June 23, 2024, but prosecutors say she helped plan his murder, including following him and staking out his locations, and is equally culpable, though they are not seeking the death penalty against her like they are against Chance, Sean Gathright, Davion Murphy and Rashad Murphy. Investigators say two gangs — ATK and 1200 — joined forces to take out Foolio, who was a member of the 6 Block gang and a big celebrity in Jacksonville because of his ventures in the dark and violent genre of drill rap, which celebrates violence and mocks death.
