"And so if I represent to you that Mr. Gonzales had a dark uniform on, no white shirt, no short sleeves, and no khaki pants, and did not have a beard. "And so you perceive Mr. Gonzales as you didn't know was him at the time, him as pacing, right?" "right?" "But he was getting out. He's assessing you because you're yelling things at him, right?" "And so you're yelling at the officer, and you're telling them, you're saying he's on this side of the building, and you're pointing here because you really thought it was on the south side of the building.
